Our Mackay facility has two spacious operating rooms well equipped with the latest technology.
We chose the experienced Mackay Specialist Day Hospital team for Mackay Vasectomy Clinic as they deliver a highly professional, efficient service that promotes and ensures patients, the best possible outcome.
We employ specialist CSD, scrub/scout, anaesthetic and recovery room staff with a vast number of years’ experience between them. Our administration team, which includes a dedicated clinical Coder and a Bookings Co-ordinator, provide efficient and timely support.
When you first arrive at our Mackay Vasectomy Clinic at Mackay Specialist Day Hospital, please go to the admissions desk and complete the pre-admission and pre-operative assessment forms.
You will be interviewed by our highly experienced vasectomy doctor, Dr. Raj Selvarajan to make sure you fully understand the scalpel free vasectomy procedure.
After the interview you will be prepared for the procedure which takes around 20 minutes to complete. After the procedure you will be given pain relief and given time to recover and then discharged.
There is parking available at the front and rear of the facility for patients and a pick up and set down point directly outside the front entrance.
